I spent a year and eight months working as a call center agent. I picked that line of work because I enjoy assisting clients with their problems or concerns. When I'm able to assist them, it's a little more fulfilling. I attempted to apply here because I know I am capable of more, that I am qualified for the position, and that I want to learn more. I understand how being a virtual assistant differs from being a call center agent, and that I'm prepared for the duty that will be given to me.
