I started my career path as a Data entry specialist in an outsourcing . In this role I executed detailed market research, typed data into database system by following established standards, procedures and rules such as speed, attention to detail and verifying accuracy.
Next, I worked as a Data Service agent in a company that provides intelligence that helps sales and marketing teams drive predictable pipeline. Some of the job requirements were sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline, screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings, taking ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
