I've been a full-time virtual assistant at a US marketing company for two years. As a general VA, I've been assigned various tasks, mainly social media campaigns, email campaigns, lead generation, and lead management.
With social media campaigns, I've created curated content for posts on LinkedIn, Twitter other social media platforms for our own company and our clients. On email campaigns, I've handled cold email campaigns using different software like Woodpecker, Reply.io, Gmass, and YMLP. I'm also assigned to use lead generation tools to find the email and LinkedIn URLs of leads or prospects of specific criteria.
I'm also a freelance writer that creates articles/blogs for website content.
