As an Executive Assistant, I act as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
I manage the diaries and follow up on the Managing Director’s meetings and appointments.
I do the preliminary drafting of correspondence on the Managing Director’s behalf.
I book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation for the Managing Director.
I remind and keep track of the Managing Director’s important tasks and deadlines.
I plan and organize events, conduct researches, prepare presentations for meetings, take action points and write minutes.
I handle miscellaneous tasks to support the Managing Director.
